 It is made from Colombia Guanes, an outstanding coffee adapted exclusively from Arabica varieties, which grows in the high mountains of the Colombian Andes in ideal temperature ranges throughout the year.

 It also has Brazilian Santos Bourbon, a smooth bean with an exquisite flavor, fine quality, and a creamy appearance. Sun-dried, it imparts body and weight to coffees with their own character. Grown in northern Minas Gerais or in the state of São Paulo, we obtain the caracolillo from the same plant. These are found at the end of the branches of any Arabica variety. As they are the last to receive nutrients from the branch, they grow less, and the concentration of acids favors the pleasant flavors of the coffee.
