This coffee from Brazil, one of the most important in the country, is made with the finest beans. Sun-dried, it possesses the body and weight of a coffee with its own character. Grown in northern Minas Gerais or in the state of São Paulo, it is commonly called Santos because this high-quality product is shipped to various parts of the world, primarily through the port of Santos.

 The plants from Brazil are descendants of those brought from the island of Reunion, formerly Bourbon (hence its name), located in the Indian Ocean.
